All our jewelry is handcrafted to order. At checkout, you can choose between two shipping options:
Standard shipping is completely free with no minimum purchase. With Express Shipping (+$40), your order is delivered within 6 business days after making — guaranteed.

Because every piece is handcrafted to order, your order goes through these stages:

Processing & Dispatch — Once ready, your order is dispatched and shipped

Kazara Diam covers ALL customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs. You will NOT be charged any additional fees upon delivery — what you pay at checkout is all you pay.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order

- We will update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched
- Address changes cannot be made once the order is shipped
9. Lost Packages — Free Replacement Guaranteed
If your package is lost in transit, we will send you a brand new replacement order at absolutely no cost to you. Simply contact us and we will take care of everything.

10. Damaged & Undeliverable Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with clear photos
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice
- If a package is returned due to failed delivery, we will contact you to re-ship
- Re-shipment is free for our error; address correction may incur a fee
