The only difference is its origin: it is grown in a controlled laboratory environment instead of being mined from the earth, which makes it conflict-free and more affordable.

Yes. Our Lab Grown Diamonds are IGI (International Gemological Institute) certified. A digital copy of your IGI certificate is sent to your email within 3 days after your order is placed. If your package is lost in transit, we will send you a brand new replacement order at absolutely no cost to you. Simply contact us at support@kazaradiam.com with your order number and tracking details and we will take care of everything.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn, unaltered condition with original packaging and certificates included (for Lab Grown Diamond rings, any physical IGI certificate must be returned with the ring). Both defective and non-defective items are eligible for return. Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable unless defective.

Email us at support@kazaradiam.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will send you the return address and guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You will be notified at support@kazaradiam.com once processed. There are no restocking fees.

This warranty covers the brilliance of the moissanite stone only. Our Lab Grown Diamonds are real, IGI-certified diamonds — like any diamond, they keep their brilliance for life. To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@kazaradiam.com with your order details and clear photos.

The warranty does not cover the metal or any plating/finish (which naturally wears over time with use), lost or chipped stones, normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care, or modifications made by a third party. We recommend following our jewelry care instructions to keep your pieces looking their best.
