• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier

• You may return items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund

Kazara Diam offers a lifetime warranty on all jewelry against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

• Structural defects in the metal setting
• Stone loss due to manufacturing fault

This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or accidents, or modifications made by a third party.
